1. Scope
This notice describes this public, static informational website. It does not describe a future BTM Intelligence product, which would require its own privacy documentation before processing any personal or financial data.
2. Information collected
The website itself contains no registration forms, contact forms, analytics scripts, behavioral trackers, or advertising pixels. The site does not request or process financial information. Standard technical records, such as IP address, user agent, time of access, and requested page, may be collected by the web hosting provider as part of normal server operations.
3. Local storage
If you choose a website language, the preference may be stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It is not sent to BTM Intelligence by the website's JavaScript. The site does not set tracking cookies.
4. Contact by email
If you choose to send an email, we may receive the email address and the information you include, which may be used to respond to your inquiry. Please do not email confidential financial records, credentials, national identity documents, or sensitive member information.
5. Sharing and retention
Information submitted by email is not sold. Hosting providers and email providers may process technical or communication data in the ordinary course of providing those services. Retention of emails and server access logs depends on the operator's configured policies and legal obligations.
